Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes with attention to detail and presentation
Collaborate on the development of a creative, well-balanced menu from the ground up
Ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Contribute to the setup and smooth operation of the new kitchen
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a chef role, particularly in breakfast and lunch service
Strong plating and presentation skills
Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative food concepts
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic
Experience in kitchen setup or venue openings is highly regarded
